
Case
To continuously expand and improve its services, Deutsche Bahn is constantly experimenting with and testing new ideas and solutions. Before these ideas are introduced to a wider audience in the official app, they are first validated by a limited group of users through the “Inno App” (Inno = Innovation).
My role was to conceptualize and design some of these ideas, then hand them over to the development team. These projects included: in-train navigation, in-train entertainment, disruption map & service, internet coverage visualization, optimization of station maps, city connectivity plans.
